Today’s Worship Service cancelled due to icy roads
Due to icy road conditions today’s Worship service has been cancelled.
Facemask Announcement
Per CDC and State of Illinois Guidelines starting immediately if you have been fully vaccinated (2 weeks from the date of your last vaccine injection.) you no longer need to wear a facemask at church. If you are not fully vaccinated masks still to be worn. Of course if you are fully vaccinated and feel more comfortable wearing a mask you are more than welcome to do so.

Due to the winter storm today’s Worship Service has been cancelled. Our Worship Service will resume next Sunday.
Worship Service Resuming
Worship Service will resume this coming Sunday December 6th at 9:30 am. Sunday School and Wednesday night Bible Study will not meet until further notice. Thank you
Important Announcement
Due to the new Illinois Department of Public Health guidelines that came out today we are canceling wed night bible study and church services for the next three weeks. Wednesday night Bible Study will resume on Dec. 2
Sunday morning Church service will resume on Dec. 6th.
St. Petrie Lutheran Church Opening June 14th
St. Petrie Lutheran Church is opening June 14th
We are a huggy bunch but we will all help each other keep social distancing.
We ask that you please wear your face covering.
We will have disposable gloves for those that want to use them and we have a few disposable masks if you don’t have one.
Song lyrics and bible readings will be provided in the bulletin.
Church will be at 9:30 as usual and there will not be Sunday School or Bible Study.
Update: St. Petrie Church
Due to the extension of Illinois’s Stay at Home order through May 30th St. Petrie will remain closed for services and all events.
Pastor Steele will continue to send out weekly devotions. They will be posted here along with our usual quips and quotes and Carolyn’s monthly devotions.
As unsettling as all of this is remember we’re not alone. God is walking right beside us each step of the way and He’s promised to not leave us.

In accordance to Governor Pritzger’s extension of Illinois’s Stay at Home order due to Covid-19 virus, St. Petrie will be closed for services and all events through April 30th. This will be updated as the Governor directs.
